This video was developed to support Lamb Weston’s digital transformation efforts, communicating change and innovation through a brand-led visual narrative. The creative challenge was to express transformation without abandoning the brand’s established identity—leveraging existing visual elements, tone, and guidelines while introducing new conceptual forms that signaled progress and evolution.
The creative approach focused on synthesizing brand assets into a cohesive motion language, using shape, rhythm, and transition to communicate transformation in a way that felt credible, intentional, and distinctly Lamb Weston.

Brand-Led Transformation: Treated the brand system as a foundation rather than a limitation, extracting core visual elements and recombining them into new shapes and behaviors that signaled evolution.
Conceptual Consistency: Ensured all motion and design decisions reinforced a single transformation narrative, avoiding disconnected visual metaphors.
Clarity Through Motion: Used controlled pacing and transitions to communicate progression, change, and continuity in a way that felt accessible to business audiences.
