Spend Intelligence Analytics eLearning Module: Executive Content Strategy & Visual Storytelling

This module was developed as part of an executive-facing eLearning module designed to communicate the value of advanced analytics to C-suite audiences. The creative vision focused on transforming complex, data-driven concepts into a clear, engaging visual narrative, using motion as the primary storytelling device to support comprehension, credibility, and senior-level decision-making.

Role & Leadership
Creative Director responsible for setting the creative vision and narrative approach for an executive-facing analytics story. Led and guided designers and external motion partners from concept through execution, directing creative reviews, resolving constraints, and maintaining a high standard of craft, clarity, and brand alignment across all deliverables.

Creative Direction & Leadership Approach

  • Executive Narrative Framing: Set the storytelling approach to ensure complex analytical concepts were communicated with clarity and authority, tailored specifically for C-suite and senior leadership audiences.

  • Motion System Design: Defined a restrained, modular motion framework that balanced abstraction and clarity, enabling consistent interpretation of data and insights across the learning experience.

  • Hierarchy & Meaning: Directed pacing, emphasis, and transitions to surface key insights progressively, supporting focus and retention in an educational, executive context.

  • Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Partnered closely with strategy, learning design, project leadership, and an external production vendor to align creative intent with instructional goals, timelines, and technical constraints.

  • Quality & Brand Guidelines: Maintained a high bar for execution by establishing review standards and guiding refinements to ensure adherence to strict brand, content, and accuracy guidelines.

The visual framework was built to translate across formats: from motion-led eLearning to static executive presentations, data reports, and stakeholder communications.
